BRINGING PEOPLE A LITTLE CLOSER TOGETHER
Bruce is known around Pagosa Springs as “the outdoor guy” of
photographers. He has published works in magazines, newspapers, public
slide shows, in books and online. He is also a sought-after writer, speaker
and instructor. Bruce lives and works in Pagosa Springs, under the business
name Bruce Andersen Photo Graphics specializing in outdoors and nature
photography as well as computer aided photo applications, old photo restoration,
large format outdoor signs and natural history exhibits.
His professional mantra Bringing People and Nature a Little Closer Together
guides everything he does. He strives to instill an appreciation for nature
and the land through his imagery. His photo work is on display at the new
Taminah Gallery and Frame Center, Frame and Photo Depot, Moonlight Books,
the PLPOA Recreation Center, Holiday Inn Express and Stevens Field Airport.

Bruce has received numerous photographic awards,
including the 1999 Best of Show award at the Pagosa Springs Arts
Council Annual Photo Contest and 2006 Honorable Mention for Professional
Photographers award at PSAC’s Juried Photography Show.
Commercial clients seek him out for this artistic approach to nature and
assignment photography. Many of his students return often for additional
skill development, instruction and mentoring.
